The Duckhorn Portfolio is North America's premier luxury wine company. We were established in 1976 by Dan and Margaret Duckhorn. Today, our portfolio features some of North America's most revered wineries, including Duckhorn Vineyards, Decoy, Paraduxx, Goldeneye, Migration, Canvasback, Calera, Kosta Browne, Greenwing and Postmark.
Paraduxx Winery is looking for several Harvest Interns to join the team for Harvest 2026. Located in Yountville, Paraduxx Winery has the unique opportunity to process fruit and produce wines from multiple brands giving seasonal employees exposure to multiple winemaking styles and philosophies working closely with winemakers, cellar employees and the lab alike. The primary focus of the role is to support the day-to-day operations for the cellar during the busy harvest season.
What we will ask you to do:
โ€ข Perform grape receiving and processing activities.
โ€ข Make additions to musts and wine.
โ€ข Monitor fermentation.
โ€ข Perform barrel activities (cleaning, filling, and topping).
โ€ข Drive a forklift (potentially).
โ€ข Perform cap management practices (punch-downs, pump-overs).
โ€ข Follow sanitation protocols for equipment, tanks, and winery.
What you will need:
โ€ข Must have a positive attitude and be reliable, on-time and engaged.
โ€ข Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
โ€ข Ability to understand and comply with all safety requirements.
โ€ข Effective communication.
โ€ข Good reading, writing, and math skills.
โ€ข Ability to lift up to 42lbs.
โ€ข Ability to work in various temperatures.
โ€ข Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
