You have a knack for Construction Estimation and are seeking a full-time position where you can find a sense of belonging.   We are Baycrest Project & Construction Management, and we’ve been searching for someone like you. As a leading construction company with over 35 years of experience in the industry, we specialize in industrial, commercial, and institutional projects across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and are driven by a deep commitment to our work.   We are seeking a Construction Estimator to join our team. If it seems like the right match for you, keep reading!   Construction Estimator   In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of construction projects. This includes conducting detailed quantity take-offs to ensure all materials, labor, and equipment needs are fully accounted for. The ideal candidate would be someone with proactive communication skills and computer skills. Familiar with Plan Swift or other alternative software   You’ll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers to develop estimates that align with project specifications and goals.   Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and ensure dependable performance across all projects.   The Right Fit   We are seeking someone with the qualities that will enable them to excel in our environment.
