Northern Pool & Spa is seeking a motivated, results-driven Outdoor Pool Renovation & Construction Sales Consultant to help homeowners transform their outdoor living spaces. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys meeting customers, building relationships, and earning uncapped commissions.

As a Sales Consultant, you will meet with homeowners, assess their needs, design renovation and construction solutions, prepare proposals, and close sales for residential swimming pool projects.

Compensation

  • 100% Commission-Based Position
  • Earn 8% commission on the total contract value of each project sold.
  • Uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities through company-provided leads, referrals, networking, and self-generated prospecting.
  • Meet with homeowners to evaluate existing pools and discuss renovation or new construction options.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and professional project proposals.
  • Present renovation and construction solutions that meet customers' needs and budgets.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate and close sales while maintaining company pricing and profitability standards.
  • Coordinate project details with the operations and construction teams after contracts are executed.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Represent Northern Pool & Spa professionally at all times.
