Building Maintenance Helper 
We are seeking a dependable and versatile Building Maintenance Helper to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support across multiple departments throughout the facility, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
∙Assisting the maintenance department with general upkeep and repairs 
∙Supporting cleaning crews with janitorial and sanitation tasks throughout the building 
∙Helping construction or renovation teams as needed with light labor and material handling 
∙Responding to requests from various departments for general assistance and support 
∙Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times 
∙Performing other duties as assigned based on the needs of the facility 
What We’re Looking For: 
∙Ability to work across departments and adapt to changing daily tasks 
∙Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude 
∙Basic knowledge of maintenance, cleaning, or construction is a plus
