Position Overview
Bowers is seeking a highly motivated Summer Construction Helper to support our construction crews on active job sites during peak summer operations. This role is responsible for providing general labor support while maintaining safe, clean, and organized work environments. The Summer Construction Helper will assist with basic, non-hazardous tasks and will be accountable for supporting daily site operations under direct supervision. This position requires close coordination with crew members, supervisors, and site personnel to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
