Manthei Construction is a premier heavy construction, and site development company located in Charlevoix, MI. For over 50 years, Manthei Construction has been instrumental in the development of communities and their infrastructure all throughout Northern Michigan.
We are currently searching for a Heavy Construction Foreman to join our team.
The Heavy Construction Foreman will perform tasks essential for the completion of site development and underground utility projects. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead a team of operators and laborers to effectively complete projects by taking responsibility for the safety, quality and productivity of everyone on the team.
This position is a full-time position typically working Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday work and overtime available. Job sites are primarily located in the Northern Michigan area and overnight travel is not typically required.
