Construction Laborer – Pay-$20/hrJob Summary

We are seeking dependable General Laborers to provide construction cleaning and environmental support on active data center construction projects. This role involves detailed cleaning, power washing, material handling, and working safely around ongoing construction activities and heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform construction cleaning, including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, sweeping, and debris removal
  • Clean interior surfaces, walls, beams, equipment, and work areas as construction progresses
  • Pressure wash exterior panels, generator coverings, and flooring
  • Operate cleaning equipment such as scissor lifts, boom poles, brooms, and vacuums
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in construction, cleaning, general labor, janitorial, mitigation, or restoration work
  • Comfortable performing physical labor for 10+ hours per day
  • Ability to work in hot, cold, and outdoor conditions year-round
  • Experience with scissor lifts is a plus
  • Valid driver's license required
Work Environment
  • Active data center construction site (90% indoor / 10% outdoor work)
  • Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, ladder work, and lifting
  • Work around other trades and construction equipment
  • Steel-toe boots required
  • Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Occasional overtime and Saturday work available

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chantilly, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
