Heavy Equipment Operator/Foreman-Civil Division

Heavy Equipment Lead Forman -Civil Division to lead our excavation projects and keep things running smoothly from start to finish.
This is more than just operating equipment, it's about guiding a crew, coordinating with other teams, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest safety standards.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of excavation crews.
- Inspect job sites, equipment, and progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to plan project procedures.
- Order and track materials and supplies as needed.
- Accurately locate, measure, and mark site locations for structures and equipment.
- Coordinate work activities with other subcontractors. i.e. Paving, Curbing, Flatwork, landscaping
- Shoot Grades
- Train team members on equipment operation, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Schedule Manpower
- Maintain equipment service and maintenance logs.
- Report any accidents or incidents to management promptly.

- A proven leader with experience in excavation and site operations.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and equipment operation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans with confidence.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Pay
In accordance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000, based on experience and qualifications.
