Construction Force Services is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent / Foreman to oversee daily field operations on commercial, institutional, and public works construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, the ability to coordinate multiple trades, and a commitment to maintaining safe and productive job sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
  • Running crews
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and maintain quality control standards.
  • Coordinate deliveries, manpower, and project logistics.
  • Maintain jobsite safety and enforce company and OSHA regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors.
  • Prepare daily reports and project updates.
  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Superimtendent, Foreman, or similar leadership role.
  • OSHA 30 Card, 62 HR SST
  • valid drivers license

    Must have extensive knowledge of all construction trades, including:
