A Construction Field Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the daily operations on a construction site. They coordinate workers, subcontractors, and materials to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards. Their duties often include scheduling, reporting progress, addressing issues as they arise, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
