Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers and superintendents in planning, coordinating, and executing construction activities on-site.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent field experience).
  • 1-3 years of construction related experience (internships included)
  • Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced field environment.
