Job description

Timal Group LLC is currently seeking highly motivated and team-oriented Field Assistants who are eager for growth opportunities. We believe that a strong team is essential to the success of both our company and our employees. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality work to our customers while fostering a welcoming work environment for everyone.


Qualifications

  • Ability to drive and travel consistently, including out-of-state trips.
  • Capable of climbing ladders and moving freely to observe all areas in houses or buildings under construction.
  • Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions.
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
  • Required OSHA certification.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Some experience in construction is preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor assigned communities daily.
  • Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and workers for scheduling.
  • Ensure all production work adheres to floor plans and selection sheets.
  • Learn and follow each Builder’s Scope of Work.
  • Resolve minor field issues and escalate major concerns to the Field Supervisors/Managers.
  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely communication throughout the construction process.
  • Conduct material and equipment inventory, including noting equipment conditions.
  • Comply with and ensure other workers adhere to OSHA Safety Regulations.
  • Document all field activity in Jobber for production and payroll reports.
  • Assist with Punch Out Lists to ensure quality work delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and vendor information.
