We are looking for an experienced Construction Engineer III to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing complex construction projects, ensuring they meet all specifications, safety standards, and deadlines. This role requires advanced engineering knowledge, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead teams effectively. The Construction Engineer III will collaborate with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, clients, and other project stakeholders.
  • Oversee and provide technical guidance during the design and execution phases of construction projects.
  • Perform detailed inspections of construction sites, monitoring progress, quality, and safety practices.
  • Review and approve drawings, submittals, and change orders.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, pay estimates, schedules, and as-built plans.
  • Conduct constructability reviews and provide input to improve design documents.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve project issues and ensure timely delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.

Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in construction engineering, project management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale or complex infrastructure projects, such as highways, bridges, or utility installations.
