Job Summary
The position is responsible for collaborating and working efficiently within the Sales and Preconstruction department to ensure project opportunities and end-user client relationships are identified and cultivated. This role initiates and cultivates correspondence with key clients, design partners, and internal stakeholders to execute client strategy plans and internal preconstruction initiatives.ย

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

  • Deadline-oriented, self-motivated, and possessing the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong writing capabilities, organizational skills, interpersonal skills and follow-through
  • Advocates and communicates Loenbro LEAD values - Live with Integrity, Exceed Expectations, Act with Urgency, Deliver Excellence
  • Solid event planning experience/aptitude to lead and host client events
  • Keen interest in learning more about the construction industry and evolving trendsand ability to work in fast paced work environment
  • Customer service orientated (internally and externally)

Preferred:

  • 4+ yrs experience in a business development, sales or relevant role
  • Bachelor's degree in business, construction, communications, or related field
  • Industry knowledge in electrical, mechanical, soft craft, fabrication and/or underground maintenance
  • CRM/Salesforce system experience for tracking and organizing client and project opportunities

Work Environment:
