Our client, a high-end construction & design firm, is looking to grow its project management team. They are seeking Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers with industry-related experience. THE NITTY GRITTY:

Responsibilities will vary based on experience level but may include:

  • Support projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Maintain project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction records
  • Track budgets, schedules, project costs, and financial reporting
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams
  • Assist with bidding, pricing, procurement, and contract administration
  • Manage project startup and closeout activities
  • Communicate project progress to clients, leadership, and project teams
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Lead negotiations on contracts, change orders, and project-related issues (senior-level roles)
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Coordinators


THE ESSENTIALS:

  • 2+ years of construction project management experience (level dependent)
  • Experience supporting or managing commercial and/or luxury construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, project financials, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
  • Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative team player
