Addison Group is partnering with our client, a growing company in the construction industry, to hire a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily business operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information across multiple systems while ensuring data integrity and timely processing. This individual will work closely with various departments to support administrative functions, organize project documentation, and assist with maintaining accurate business records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and verify information in company databases and internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
  • Review documents for completeness and resolve discrepancies before processing.
  • Organize, maintain, and retrieve electronic and physical records as needed.
  • Support project teams by tracking documentation, processing forms, and maintaining organized files.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Communicate with internal departments to obtain missing information and ensure records remain current.
