Skilled Laborers play an important role in supporting sheet metal and HVAC installation on active RK construction sites. From moving materials and preparing work areas to assisting with installation, cleanup, and basic trade tasks, your effort helps crews complete projects safely, accurately, and on schedule.

At RK Industries, you'll support experienced Sheet Metal team members by helping with material handling, site preparation, basic installation tasks, tool organization, and jobsite cleanup while learning the trade in a hands-on construction environment.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with sheet metal and HVAC construction, installation, finishing, improvement, and related jobsite tasks.
  • Organize materials, tools, and equipment to support crew productivity and project schedules.
  • Prepare work areas, assist with measurements and basic layout support, and help keep the jobsite clean and safe.
  • Follow direction from foremen, Journeymen, and lead installers while learning trade practices and safety expectations.

What You Bring

  • 2 or more years' experience with sheet metal or HVAC in a construction setting.
  • Ability to use hand tools, follow instructions, lift and move materials, and work safely in an active construction environment.
