About the Role:
Roberts Construction Company is looking for hardworking and detail-oriented Construction Cleaners to join our team in Phoenix, AZ! This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic construction environment where your work makes a visible, immediate impact. Responsibilities:
  • Perform post-construction cleanup on residential and/or commercial job sites
  • Remove debris, dust, and construction waste from interior and exterior areas
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe down surfaces including windows, floors, and fixtures
  • Safely dispose of construction materials and waste in designated areas
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site at all times
  • Operate basic cleaning equipment and tools as needed
  • Coordinate with construction crew and site supervisors to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
  • Prior construction cleaning or general labor experience preferred
