THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Lead Superintendent, you'll take ownership of field operations, leading the jobsite team while driving safety, quality, schedule, coordination, and trade partner performance.

Working closely with the Project Manager and Project Engineer, you'll provide experienced field leadership from project startup through completion while helping develop the people around you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead day-to-day field operations and overall jobsite performance
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, and field personnel
  • Champion jobsite safety and lead weekly safety meetings with all trades
  • Develop and communicate short-term schedules, milestones, and field priorities
  • Drive accountability for schedule, quality, safety, and project expectations
  • Coordinate closely with the Project Manager and Project Engineer to keep field and office activities aligned
  • Review plans, specifications, and construction documents to identify conflicts and drive timely resolutions
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address scheduling, coordination, quality, and logistical challenges
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, photographs, and required field documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional jobsite that reflects Pavilion's standards
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, trade partners, inspectors, and project stakeholders
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Pavilion field personnel while setting expectations for jobsite performance
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Proven leadership experience managing construction projects in the field
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety, quality, and field coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to set expectations and hold teams accountable
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades, schedules, and project priorities
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and drive timely solutions
  • A hands-on leadership style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to build productive relationships with clients, project teams, and trade partners
  • A commitment to developing field teams and delivering safe, high-quality projects on schedule and within budget
