Job description

Provide leadership and organization on the job site for commercial construction projects. Coordinate all onsite activities and manage specialty trade contractors. Oversee construction, maintain quality, and troubleshoot constructability concerns with other team members. Coordinate and maintain job schedule.

Administer company safety program and maintain job office.

Qualifications
  • Construction Associate Degree or Journeyman trade certification or equivalent field experience.
  • Minimum 5 years related experience.
  • Previous safety training and experience implementing on‑site safety program.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to embody the values and culture of the organization, work well with others, and provide leadership to the job site.
Additional Requirements
  • Work days, Monday thru Friday and hours will amount to approximately 40‑50 hours per week.
  • Occasionally evening meetings may be required.
