Sourcing Execution & Category Management
• Support development of PDS sourcing strategies, including contractor and subcontractor categories across construction, trades, and related services.
• Assist end-to-end sourcing processes: supplier identification, RFP/RFQ development, bid analysis, contract negotiation, and award recommendation.
• Analyze account category plans for aggregated opportunities with visibility into subcategory spend, supplier summaries, contract summaries, and market insights.
• Analyze supplier cost proposals, financial data, and bid submissions to assess price reasonableness and contractor capabilities.
Vendor & Supplier Management
• Build and manage relationships with key PDS suppliers; serve as a point of contact for continuous improvement.
• Conduct periodic market trend analyses - including supplier landscape, industry shifts, and category benchmarks - and present findings in client-ready formats.
• Support strategic supplier reviews and quarterly business reviews with key partners.
• Assist in development and execution of supplier responsible procurement programs aligned to client and JLL goals.
• Identify and escalate third-party risk issues; support mitigation strategies across the supply base.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting
• Prepare sourcing reports, category dashboards, and stakeholder updates in clear, client and internal ready presentations.
• Support change management efforts to drive adoption of sourcing strategies and vendor management practices across project teams.
• Participate in cross-functional planning sessions and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the sourcing function.
Analytical Mindset - Interprets spend data, bid submissions, and market intelligence to support sound sourcing decisions.
Collaborative Approach - Works effectively across project management, operations, and client teams in a matrixed environment.
Construction & Category Knowledge - Understands the PDS/construction supply chain, contractor qualification, and trade category dynamics.
Communication Skills - Communicates clearly in writing and verbally; produces client-ready reports and presentations.
Client Focus - Maintains awareness of client priorities and tailors sourcing support to meet account-level objectives.

Estimated compensation for this position:
110,000.00 - 120,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
