Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples, ensuring that treatment is effective and relevant.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, depending on the client's situation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurse practitioners, to develop comprehensive treatment plans that enhance client care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with state laws and ethical guidelines.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment.

Qualifications
