• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to formulate personalized therapy strategies tailored to their specific needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples, ensuring that treatment is effective and relevant.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, depending on the client's situation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurse practitioners, to develop comprehensive treatment plans that enhance client care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with state laws and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Constellation Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health care. This role involves addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, helping clients navigate their unique challenges and achieve positive outcomes.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical environment is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of, and adherence to, legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in utilizing EMR software and other digital tools relevant to mental health service delivery.

• Specialization or advanced training in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.
• A background in community health initiatives or experience working in a community health clinic setting is advantageous.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
