Job description

Missions

The CDL provides three levels of advisory services: regular according to the annual deadlines of the community, thematic based on the current reforms, and personalized according to the needs of the communities. The missions of the CDL are carried out either independently or in conjunction with the SGC of Montbéliard. The CDL covers budget and accounting advice, advice on expenditures and revenues, financial and tax advice (VAT), economic and patrimonial advice, and advice on partnerships. The CDL is functionally and hierarchically attached to the DDFIP (Partners Division).

Attached perimeter to the SGC of Montbéliard:

  • 38 communes and 1 EPHAD
  • 9 annex budgets
  • 8 syndicates
  • 2 AF/ASA
  • 10 CCAS

The CDL has a workspace within the premises of the SGC and a shared office at the town hall of Pont-de-Roide.

Within the DGFIP, the job is calibrated as "Inspector of Public Finances".

For public servant candidates, it will be necessary to hold an equivalent grade (attaché/attachée). Depending on the original administration, recruitment may be carried out in the context of a detachment at an equivalent grade to that held in the original administration and at a level with an index equal or immediately higher than that previously held, of an assignment or a PNA.

For non-public servant candidates, the proposed remuneration will be determined based on the level of diploma and professional experience of the candidate.
