You will have the flexibility to create and manage your own schedule, with the operational hours ranging from Monday to Saturday, which will enable you to adapt your working hours to meet your lifestyle and commitments.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will perform a wide range of clinical tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients across diverse age groups, which includes a thorough evaluation of their social, psychological, and educational needs.
  • Developing, implementing, and adjusting treatment plans based on client assessments to provide tailored therapeutic services that address the unique needs of each individual.
  • Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care through timely and effective communication about treatment plans and progress

Qualifications
  • Candidates must be licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is necessary; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
  • Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will possess experience in outpatient mental health settings and have familiarity with a range of therapeutic approaches. Experience in working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or families, could be advantageous. Flexibility in hours worked, ranging from 10 to 40 sessions per week, is desired to accommodate client needs.
