Job description

Job Duties:

  • Set, confirm and prepare for daily appointments to expedite the guest's service experience
  • Greet guests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Determine vehicle's needs based on customer provided information, a vehicle walk-around and the technician's multi-point inspection
  • Produce repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates
  • Communicate frequently with Technicians and Parts Associates to ensure timely completion of work
  • Follow-up with customers on the status of their vehicle

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid CA driver's license
  • Pass a drug and background screening
