Assembly Technician – Wiring Harness & Connector Assembly

All Seasons Placement, Inc.
4166 W. Ridge Rd., Erie, PA 16506

BUILD SKILLS. BUILD EXPERIENCE. BUILD A CAREER.

All Seasons Placement is hiring Assembly Technicians!

We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join a growing manufacturing team assembling wiring harnesses, connectors, and electrical components in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, colors, and configurations.

No manufacturing experience? That's okay! We are willing to train candidates who bring the things that matter most: a strong work ethic, good attendance, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Assembly Technician, you may:

  • Build and assemble wiring harnesses and connector assemblies
  • Attach wires, terminals, connectors, and related components
  • Follow work instructions, diagrams, specifications, and color codes
  • Work with many different wire colors, sizes, shapes, and configurations
  • Perform detailed hand assembly
  • Test completed assemblies for proper function and quality
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and workmanship
  • Learn specialized assembly and testing processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Shifts Available

2nd Shift – Our Primary Hiring Need

We are currently looking for multiple dependable candidates interested in 2nd shift opportunities.

1st Shift – Experienced Technicians

Limited 1st-shift opportunities may be available for candidates who already have experience with wiring harnesses, electrical assembly, connector assembly, testing, or similar manufacturing work.

Who We're Looking For

You do not need years of experience to get started. We are looking for people who:

  • Show up to work consistently and on time
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Bring a positive attitude to work
  • Are dependable and willing to learn
  • Can follow detailed instructions
  • Are comfortable working with small parts, wires, colors, and connectors
  • Pay attention to quality and accuracy
  • Are looking for a stable opportunity rather than a short-term job
  • Can pass a required drug screening

Good attendance, attitude, reliability, and longevity matter to us.

Opportunities for Career Growth

We want to find people who are interested in more than just their next paycheck. Strong performers may have opportunities for:

  • Pay increases
  • Specialized training
  • Cross-training into additional skills
  • Advancement and promotions
  • Greater responsibilities
  • Long-term career growth

If you come to work, learn the job, produce quality work, and prove yourself as a dependable member of the team, there are opportunities to grow.

READY TO GET STARTED?

Whether you're an experienced Assembly Technician or someone looking for an opportunity to learn a skilled manufacturing position, we want to hear from you.
