Essential Functions 

  • Answering and returning phone calls 

  • Intakes, Social histories, scheduling classes. 

  • Facilitate supervised parenting time visits. 

  • Is available to work evenings and Saturdays.

Scorecards 

  • 70% of hours worked will be billable. 

  • Engage in supervision 2x per month. 

  • All case notes will be completed and uploaded within 7 days of services being rendered. 

  • SPT weekly report will be completed and turned in every Monday morning. 

Other Duties  

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Must be able to operate audio/visual equipment. 

  • Possibly highly emotional atmosphere. 

  • Course will be conducted in various locations throughout Allen County. 

  • Course will be conducted on evenings and weekends. 

  • Involves contact with all different types of individuals. 

Expected Hours of Work 

  • This position requires individual to be accessible during normal office hours. 

  • Some flexibility in hours is allowed, the employee must work 10 hours a week. 

REQUIRED EDUCATION 

  • High school diploma with 2 years’ experience with children. 

  • College students preferred
