House Rx is on a mission to make specialty medications more affordable and accessible for patients suffering from chronic illnesses. We provide clinics with specialized technology and support from pharmacists and care coordinators to dispense medication directly to their patients, known as medically integrated dispensing (MID).

About the Role
We're looking for a strategic Commercial/Marketing Operations leader to architect and scale the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that connect marketing to revenue. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and analytics - owning the GTM tech stack, driving pipeline efficiency, and delivering the reporting rigor that lets leadership make confident, data-backed decisions.
What You'll Do
  • Own the GTM tech stack: Optimize the use of Salesforce with marketing/sales tools, ensuring systems are integrated, scalable, and aligned to the full funnel.
  • Drive full-funnel optimization: Partner with sales and marketing leadership to improve pipeline conversion, forecasting accuracy, and lead-to-revenue processes.
  • Lead segmentation & targeting strategy: Build and refine account and audience segmentation models to improve outreach efficiency and reduce customer acquisition costs.
  • Deliver executive reporting:Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that give executive stakeholders visibility into pipeline health, campaign performance, and revenue attribution.
  • Manage forecasting & analytics: Own the operational cadence behind revenue forecasting, working cross-functionally with sales, finance, and marketing to improve accuracy over time.
  • Champion cross-functional alignment:Act as the connective tissue between marketing, sales, RevOps, and finance to ensure shared definitions, clean data, and consistent GTM execution.
About You
  • 8-12+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or revenue operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in a healthcare marketing environment; preferably in the specialty pharmacy space
  • Proven track record supporting significant revenue scale ($100M+) with measurable impact on pipeline conversion and CAC.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce (architecture/administration), Hubspot or similar marketing automation platforms, ZoomInfo or comparable intent/data tools,.
  • Strong analytical foundation - comfortable owning forecasting models, KPI frameworks, and executive-level reporting.
  • Experience operating in high-growth, data-driven organizations.
  • Demonstrated success leading or supporting systems/process integration through organizational change.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills with a track record of aligning sales and marketing around shared goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
