Job description

Overall Purpose: Achieve sales objectives and drive revenue growth by structuring and securing new marketing contracts with owners and developers of small and medium sized apartment, condo and single-family homes within assigned territory.

This position requires off-site work requirements including in-person customer and field visits within the assigned territory.

What you'll do:

This role requires a seasoned sales professional with advanced knowledge of executive-level sales strategy, best practices, products, and services. You will manage complex, high-value sales engagements with ongoing support, responsible for a substantial quota or territory. You'll exercise sound judgment to resolve executive concerns and identify new opportunities, leveraging company policies and procedures.

Duties directly related to executive-level sales to include meeting with clients and conducting strategic sales activities at client sites; engaging with executives via phone, video conference, and email regarding proposed solutions and business strategy; traveling to and from executive offices for sales meetings; offering deep subject matter expertise on technical and business sales issues; advising leadership on product suitability for strategic initiatives; developing executive presentations, proposals, and bids-including pricing and strategic planning; collaborating with external partners and internal experts on solution design; researching client business strategies and industry trends to uncover new strategic opportunities.

  • Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain influential relationships directly with C-suite executives, owners, and top developers, engaging them at their offices and corporate headquarters.
  • Strategic Sales Growth: Develop and manage high-value sales opportunities that align with executive business goals. Secure new marketing agreements by evaluating opportunities alongside organizational decision-makers. Collaborate with internal Network and Product teams to ensure alignment with executive expectations and product/service availability.
  • High-Stakes Contract Negotiation: Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to executive leadership. Negotiate contract terms with internal legal and contract teams, ensuring agreements meet both client and company objectives.

What you'll need:

  • Required Experience:
    • 2+ years of related sales experience
  • Desired Education:
    • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred
  • Desired Qualifications:
    • Minimum 5+ years of direct engagement with executives
