This role bridges schoolwide leadership with site level coordination, ensuring that daily operations, staff culture, instructional quality, and student support systems align with Taylion Academy's purpose of bringing meaningful opportunities to underserved students. The AP/LLCC provides direct leadership across campus operations, student discipline, staff supervision, enrollment, compliance, and family engagement.

With empathy, professionalism, and strategic follow through, this leader strengthens schoolwide initiatives, supports the growth of Learning Center Coordinators, and ensures that every student is seen, supported, and empowered to thrive. Key Responsibilities Campus Operations and Leadership Oversee daily learning center operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and a welcoming school culture Serve as acting site leader in the absence of the Principal or Director of Schools Lead site meetings, PLCs, and professional development sessions Maintain working knowledge of curriculum across grade levels and instructional programs Prepare incident reports, scorecard inputs, and operational documentation Support implementation of schoolwide initiatives, policies, and improvement plans Instructional Support and Student Achievement Support teachers in delivering rigorous, inclusive, and differentiated instruction Assist with MTSS implementation, IEP accommodations, and intervention planning Analyze student achievement, attendance, and engagement data to guide improvement efforts Monitor academic progress and collaborate with staff to re-engage struggling students Prom Requirements / Qualifications For more information on Requirements/Qualifications, please contact the employer.
