Job description

  • Support business relationship management primarily for Revenue Management, including the Model N system and associated ERP interfaces
  • Support commercial systems tied to Commercial Operations, including Contracts & Pricing, Sales, and Training systems
  • Manage relationships between IT delivery teams and business partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology solutions
  • Analyze business processes and document business requirements
  • Analyze alternative solutions and perform process modeling
  • Manage change and User Acceptance Testing
  • Create and execute testing, verification, and validation activities
  • Translate business requirements into functional requirements and technology-enabled process improvements
  • Identify process disconnects and recommend improvements involving process redesign, application enhancements, or new technologies
  • Develop business relationships and coordinate with IT and business organizations for project implementation and production support
  • Broker IT services, coordinate solution portfolios, and identify dependencies across initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and business process expert to business and IT organizations

  • Strong experience with SQL/Power BI
  • Experience with middleware integration platforms such as Informatica workflows, MuleSoft, and SSIS
  • Experience with Oracle and Conga CPQ
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence business and IT stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to identify and deliver strategic process and technology improvements
  • Strong written and verbal customer service and communication skills, including presentation development
