Compensation:

$95,000 - $130,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Respond Fast: Answer inbound calls, chats, and web forms.
  • Evaluate & Advise: Run a phone case evaluation to confirm legal fit and urgency.
  • Quote & Close: Present flat or phased fees, handle objections confidently, offer financing, and secure payment on the first call.
  • Execute Contracts: Generate and send contracts via Conga/DocuSign, ensuring immediate signature.
  • Smooth Hand-off: Warm-transfer signed cases to the assigned attorney and case manager, staying available for expert-level follow-ups.
  • Own the  Keep crystal-clear notes in Salesforce and update KPI dashboards daily.
  • Follow-up Like A Pro: Run follow-up call/text/email cadences for prospects who havenโ€™t signed yet.
  • Collaborate: Partner with attorneys during subject-matter-expert calls to help secure retainer agreements.
  • Feedback Loop: Share "voice-of-client" insights with Marketing and leadership to sharpen campaigns and offers.
  • Beat the Numbers: Meet or exceed 95 % evaluations held, 40 % close rate, and a 48-hour average close time.



Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years of high-ticket phone sales or intake with a history of 35%+ close rates.
  • Persuasive empathy: you calm fear, build trust, and confidently ask for payment.
  • Objection-handling prowess (price, spouse, shopping around) without discounting.
  • Tech agility.
  • Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
