An Agiloft job typically involves implementing, configuring, and supporting the company's no-code Contract
Lifecycle Management (CLM) software to automate business processes and workflows
Hands-on experience with one or more CLM tools/products such as: Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, Apttus, Conga,
DocuSign CLM, SpringCM, etc
Experience implementing signature tools such as: Adobe Sign, DocuSign, etc
Well-versed in business process mapping, workflow diagrams, template assembly, merge field mapping,
and configuration of CLM tools
Roles & Responsibilities
Ability to create and maintain well-written artifacts such as process flows, user stories, and design
documentation.
Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills.
Deliver end-to-end CLM implementations by:
Assessing the current state and defining future state processes based on areas for improvement and fit-gap
analysis
Work with business users to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Design scalable and reliable solutions
Managing the implementation/development of the solution
Serve as a liaison between the business and the development teams
Refine business requirements and manage business priorities while ensuring scope alignment.
Lead and facilitate design workshops, document the output/findings, create user stories, and obtain customer
sign-off.
Author and manage contract templates, manage clause libraries, workflows, and other CLM configurations.
Recommend, contribute to, and apply CLM best practices
