Overview:

Title: Information Technology Equipment & System Administration Support Specialist

Security Clearance: Secret

Location: Nellis AFB, NV

(Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.)

Description:

C3EL is seeking a Computer Systems Administrator (CSA) / Information Technology Equipment Custodian (ITEC) to support the 99th Civil Engineer Squadron at Nellis AFB. The selected candidate will provide system administration support and IT equipment accountability services within a secure DoD environment. This position is contingent upon contract award with an anticipated start date of 01 April.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Perform workstation installation, configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain NIPR system compliance and patch status
  • Provide user support and resolve hardware/software issues
  • Manage and track IT equipment inventory in accordance with Air Force property accountability requirements
  • Maintain accurate asset records, transfers, and turn-ins
  • Support cybersecurity compliance activities and IA posture requirements
  • Coordinate with base communications and cybersecurity personnel as required
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with contract and Air Force standards
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Active, in-scope Secret clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • CompTIA Security+ CE (current and compliant)
  • Experience supporting DoD IT environments
  • Experience with IT asset management or equipment custodian duties
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and enterprise IT environments
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications:
  • Prior Air Force or DoD support experience
  • Experience with Air Force IT/property systems
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance processes
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
