We are seeking a Senior Workforce Software Configuration Engineer to join the ATLAS program team. This is a critical role supporting the deployment and ongoing configuration of enterprise workforce management solutions for more than 55,000 employees across the United States and Canada. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of direct, hands-on WorkForce Software (WFS) configuration experience and hold a current WorkForce Software certification.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain WorkForce Software configurations to support business requirements across the ATLAS program.
  • Provide hands-on configuration and deployment expertise for WorkForce Software modules, including:
    • Time and Attendance
    • Scheduling
    • Absence Case Tracking
    • Reporting
    • Integrations
  • This role supports the ATLAS program and enterprise workforce management solutions for employees across the United States and Canada.
  • The position requires collaboration across HR, Payroll, Operations, IT, Manufacturing Operations, and Finance.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues while ensuring system stability and data integrity.
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment of configuration changes across multiple deployment waves.
  • Ensure compliance with timekeeping and leave-of-absence regulations across the United States and Canada.
  • Document configuration standards, processes, and change history.
  • Provide post-deployment support and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for WorkForce Software functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Manufacturing Operations, and Finance.

Experience Required

  • Multiple years of direct, hands-on WorkForce Software configuration experience.
  • Current WorkForce Software certification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot between configuration work and business problem-solving.

 

Experience Preferred

  • Deep-rooted knowledge of WorkForce Software modules, including:
    • Time and Attendance
    • Absence Case Tracking
    • Scheduling
    • Reporting
    • Integrations
  • Experience configuring or supporting WorkForce Software in manufacturing environments or locations.
  • Knowledge of union and non-union workforce requirements.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing shift operations and scheduling complexity.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations supporting more than 10,000 employees.
  • Understanding of Canadian labor regulations and timekeeping requirements.
