Required Experience: Minimum of three years' I.T. experience in change configuration and change management. Position Description: PingWind is seeking Change Management Lead responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing organizational change initiatives to ensure the successful implementation of new technologies, processes, policies, and operational improvements. This role leads change management strategies that minimize disruption, increase adoption, and align stakeholders across the organization. Primary Responsibilities: Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Ensure the CM process is operated and maintained according to guidelines provided by the process owner • Support and maintain new and existing schedules • Implement and recommend improvements to the CM process, working methods, and tools • Conduct workshops and seminars to train supported customer personnel on the proper methodology to maintain a proactive CM program • Coordinate approved changes to the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) structure including attributes and relationships • Produce and issue management reports from the CMDB
• Provide operations-related, technical advisory support to the Configuration Control Board (CCB) process • Provide reports, statistics, and metrics of actions and decisions of the Change Advisory Board (CAB) • Provide support for CAB meetings, which includes meeting agenda development, attendee notification of meetings, entry of board-related data into appropriate databases, and identification and troubleshooting of problems related to CCB action items/issues • Process regular discrepancy reports Required Qualifications • Secret
