Welcome to Love's! Our IT Supply Chain Distribution Team is seeking a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Configuration Analyst III, who will manage the configuration, administration, support, and ongoing enhancement of Love's product lifecycle management system. This role serves as the primary technical and functional expert for the Bamboo Rose PLM platform, Syniti Knowledge Platform, and related product master data and workflow processes.  *Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The analyst will partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Product Management, Procurement, IT, Distribution, and Operations teams to ensure product data, workflows, integrations, and lifecycle processes are accurately configured and maintained across enterprise systems. This position requires a deep understanding of product lifecycle processes from item creation through retirement, including private label products, imported goods, consumables, non-consumables, and other merchandise categories. 

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business process expertise and can translate business requirements into scalable system configurations and process improvements. 

Job Functions:

PLM Administration & Configuration 

  • Administer, configure, and support the Bamboo Rose PLM platform.
  • Configure product workflows, approval processes, business rules, forms, attributes, and system controls.
  • Manage user access, security roles, system settings, and platform governance.
  • Support system upgrades, testing, release management, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot configuration, workflow, and data issues across the PLM ecosystem. 

Product Data & Master Data Management 

  • Administer and support the Syniti Knowledge Platform for product data governance and management.
  • Ensure product master data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across integrated systems.
  • Define and maintain product attributes, hierarchies, classifications, and validation rules.
  • Create and maintain SQL-based data transformation and cleansing rules.
  • Create views, temporary tables, and data preparation logic to support product setup and governance processes
  • Build data quality validations and exception reporting. 

Business Process Analysis 

  • Analyze and document end-to-end product lifecycle processes.
  • Evaluate current-state workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Elicit business requirements and translate them into system configurations and technical specifications.
  • Develop process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures. 

Integration & Systems Support 

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product-related integrations and data flows.
  • Support product information movement between: 
    • Bamboo Rose PLM
    • Syniti Knowledge Platform
    • ERP platforms
    • Merchandising systems
    • Supply chain systems
    • Transportation and warehouse management systems
    • Vendor and sourcing platforms
    • Reporting and analytics environments 
  • Collaborate with integration teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve interface issues.
  • Participate in testing and validation of system enhancements and integrations. 

Production Support & Operational Excellence 

  • Serve as a technical escalation point for PLM application issues and production support activities.
  • Perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolution of system defects and performance concerns.
  • Develop monitoring, alerting, and support procedures to improve platform reliability.
  • Manage incident, problem, and change activities in accordance with established Technology processes.
  • Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
  • Ensure service level objectives and operational support commitments are achieved. 

AI, Automation & Analytics 

  • Evaluate and implement AI-enabled capabilities within PLM technology platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and workflows.
  • Support implementation of machine learning, predictive analytics, and recommendation-based capabilities.
  • Assess emerging AI technologies and vendor capabilities for business applicability.
  • Other duties assigned as needed 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Retail Management, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Equivalent combination of education or experience may be considered
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise retail, merchandising, planning, category management, or related business applications.
  • Experience configuring PLM solutions, preferably BambooRose
  • Experience creating SQL-based business rules, data quality controls, and transformation logic within master data management or data governance platforms.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional business processes and system integrations.
  • Experience working across business and technology
  • Experience with AI preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
