  • Assign, validate, and synchronize URNs while maintaining configuration control and data integrity across SIPRNet, CENTRIXS, and other authorized mission networks.
  • Integrate FFT data feeds with GCCS-J, MSS, MCS COP, Common Operational Picture (COP) systems, and associated message translation services to support real-time situational awareness.
  • Coordinate with Joint, Service, coalition, and partner nation stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies, maintain interoperability, and ensure compliance with established tactical data standards.
  • Monitor FFT system performance, verify track accuracy, and recommend corrective actions to maintain reliable command and control capabilities.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting Friendly Force Tracking (FFT), Unit Reference Number (URN) management, or Command and Control (C2) systems within a Combatant Command, Joint Task Force, Service Component Headquarters, or equivalent operational headquarters.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Friendly Force Tracking systems and devices, including Shout Nano, Garmin, TAK, and familiarity with Cobra Waveform Systems, FBCB2, JCR, MTS, and DTCS.
  • Experience managing URN databases, configuration management, repository synchronization, and data integrity across SIPRNet and CENTRIXS environments.
  • Experience integrating FFT data into GCCS-J, MSS, MCS COP, Common Operational Picture (COP), and related C2 systems.

Desired:
  • Knowledge of tactical data standards and message formats, including MIL-STD 6017 (VMF), JBFSA XML, NFFI, and NATO or commercial Friendly Force Tracking standards.
  • Experience supporting joint and multinational exercises, contingency operations, and theater-level command and control integration.
