Job description


Leading specialty distributor of building materials is seeking a Regional Manager who can improve sales, produce a higher level of market share and profitability, and improve operational efficiencies across multiple branches. The Regional Manager will be responsible for directing a staff of location managers and outside sales representatives and implementing and monitoring their sales quotas.



Sales Management experience in building materials distribution.

Proven track record of managing a successful sales staff.

Ability to ensure branch's meets or exceeds the service expectations demanded by each customer.

Strong, positive personality to communicate with upper management, staff, and sales staff and clients at all levels.

Must be a well rounded sales manager who embraces new ideas, brings new ideas to the organization to impact the company’s success.

Strong business acumen.

Prefer experience managing multiple locations.

College degree preferred, but experience more important.
