We're looking for an experienced, ambitious, entrepreneurial, and driven marketer, who are looking for the next step in their career. The ideal candidate for this role has experience in managing conference marketing projects/campaigns, is a creative but commercial whilst being passionate about working in a sales-driven environment.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities:
  • Create exciting and robust marketing plans to ensure that we surpass set targets for high calibre delegate registration and attendance, for each event.
  • Effectively integrate multiple channels for all marketing campaigns including social media, email, and media partnerships.
  • Ensure all event websites are set up to the required quality standards with SEO and conversion in mind.
  • Accelerate the transition to an inbound marketing strategy by creating and developing content marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for managing and growing our marketing database.
  • Build excellent relationships with event project team and proactively communicate marketing progress and milestones.
  • Work with the Global Marketing team to understand business priorities and revenue targets, agree on marketing approach and define KPIs. Regularly report back on performance.
  • Work with Relationship Management team to ensure the successful development and launch of new products and/or expansion into new verticals and industries.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements
  • At least two years of marketing experience, B2B events or tech would be a bonus
  • Demonstrates effective collaboration with other brands/teams and embraces new ideas, systems, projects or processes.
  • Confident decision-maker, with the ability to assess opportunities and risks and flag these to the Marketing Director.
  • Track record of successfully designing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience using all or most of Salesforce and Pardot (or similar) as well as Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work closely with sales and align marketing strategy to commercial objectives.
  • Thorough ability to understand campaign analytics and to convert data into meaningful insight.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing marketing plans/projects. With complete post-event/project reporting.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing techniques and channels.
