Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities for Conference Services and Events Coordinator:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and conference room users, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Coordinate all meeting and event logistics, including room setup, catering, AV requirements, materials, and signage.
  • Manage reservations and event details using Rendezvous booking software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide on-site event support, greeting guests, overseeing logistics, and resolving last-minute needs with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to confirm event details and ensure flawless execution.
  • Maintain organized event records, reports, and layouts using Visio and other internal systems.

Qualifications for Conference Services and Events Coordinator:
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate hospitality, reception, or event coordination.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Rendezvous, MyKastle, or similar systems preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a high-pressure, professional environment.
  • Polished, dependable, and discreet, with exceptional attention to detail.
