The Opportunity

You will step into a key technical role executing high-level industrial electrical, rigid conduit, and control system installations. Working directly alongside our leadership, your expertise will directly drive project success in a supportive, family-like environment. You will have the direct backing of owners who actively help you solve complex field challenges. The main office is in Goldsboro, MD.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Execute complex rigid conduit runs and hazardous location wiring according to strict safety standards.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial control systems across diverse job sites.
  • Interpret intricate blueprints and schematic diagrams to ensure accurate system installations.
  • Collaborate directly with company owners to solve technical challenges on the job site.
  • Maintain strict adherence to hazardous location safety procedures and industry protocols.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Active Journeyman Wireman, Journeyman, or Master Electrician license.
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with rigid conduit work and hazardous location wiring.
  • Knowledge in industrial control systems and troubleshooting.
  • Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical schematics.
  • Uncompromising commitment to job site safety protocols and hazardous location requirements.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 100% within the operational region.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of related work experience in industrial and commercial electrical environments.
  • Completion of an accredited Electrical Apprenticeship or Trade School Program.
  • Existing safety and equipment certifications including OSHA, Fall Protection, and Aerial Lifts.
