As an Electrical Estimator, you will have the opportunity to work on complex electrical projects for prestigious clients such as Georgetown University and Kaiser Permanente. You will be part of a dynamic team that values skilled labor and ongoing training. If you are passionate about commercial and industrial electrical work, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate take-offs and estimates for electrical projects
  • Manage change orders and submittals throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with the pre-construction team to develop project scopes
  • Oversee conduit installation and building construction
  • Review and interpret blueprints for power distribution systems

Required Skills:

  • Experience in commercial construction projects
  • Proficiency in estimating software for project management
  • Knowledge of electrical code and wiring systems
  • Ability to develop scope of work and bid proposals
  • Strong background in construction management

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Electrical field
