Position: Temperature Controls Installation Helper

Location: Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Assist lead technicians with installing control panels, thermostats, and sensors.

Run, pull, and secure low-voltage control wire and conduit.

Mount electronic and mechanical components using hand and power tools.

Clean up work areas and organize tools and materials on the job site.

Follow all company, jobsite and OSHA safety rules.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED.

Basic understanding of hand and power tools.

Ability to read a tape measure and follow basic technical drawings.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or climb ladders for long periods.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
