Job description

The Alarm Installer role involves the installation, wiring, testing, and maintenance of alarm systems across commercial, residential, and industrial settings. This position welcomes all experience levels and offers paid training opportunities, including on-the-job training, formal certification courses, and mentoring programs. Installers work both independently and as part of a team, with local travel to job sites as required.

Responsibilities

  • Install alarm systems in commercial, residential, and industrial environments
  • Perform wiring and connection of alarm components
  • Test systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Interact professionally with customers during installation and service calls
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installations and service activities
  • Handle and manage installation equipment properly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in alarm system installation
  • Conduit Installation (Preferred)
