About the Job
Empire National está buscando conductores en equipo con experiencia y licencia CDL Clase A para unirse a nuestra flota en Greensboro, NC.
Como conductor en equipo, tú y tu compañero trabajarán juntos para transportar mercancía de manera segura y eficiente, asegurando entregas puntuales y un servicio de alta calidad.
Compensación:
  • Hasta $0.67 por milla para cada conductor del equipo.
  • Bonos basados en desempeño.
  • Incentivos por combustible y mantenimiento.

Responsabilidades:
  • Operar vehículos comerciales Clase A en equipo, cumpliendo con todas las regulaciones estatales y federales.
  • Transportar mercancía en rutas asignadas, manteniendo estándares de seguridad y tiempos de entrega.
  • Realizar inspecciones antes y después de cada viaje.
  • Coordinarse con el compañero para gestionar los turnos de conducción de manera eficiente.
  • Mantener registros precisos de horas de servicio, combustible y entregas.
  • Comunicarse de manera profesional con dispatch, clientes y equipo de trabajo.

Requisitos:
  • Licencia CDL Clase A vigente y medical card válida.
  • Experiencia con equipos electrónicos y software (GPS, ELD, tablet, etc.)
  • Capacidad para manejar durante largas jornadas.
  • No estar bloqueado en el DOT Clearinghouse.
  • Edad mínima: 23 años
  • Historial de manejo aceptable (MVR), sin DUI en los últimos 5 años.
  • Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y completar entrenamientos de seguridad.
  • Preferible 2 años o más de experiencia.
  • Flexibilidad en horarios de salida.
