Job description

We are currently in need of a full time Assistant Operations Manager.

Each condominium association that we manage is assigned to a team comprised of a Sr. Operations Manager and an Operations Manager who are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the management of the association. We also have a team of Assistant Operations Managers (you) who are responsible for supporting all associations by performing a wide variety of tasks and processes.

Assistant Operations Managers are being groomed for promotion to the role of Operations Manager, and eventually, Sr. Operations Manager. We promote from within and are looking for candidates that want to learn, perform and move up to our higher level Operations Manager positions.

At a high level, your responsibilities would include:

  • Provide customer support to owners that are contacting us through email and phone.
  • Investigate and help resolve financial ledger issues.
  • Reconciliation of financial records against bank data.
  • Creating annual budgets for clients, processing of monthly invoices.
  • Setting up new client data in our management systems.
  • Coordinating on-site maintenance between vendors and clients.
  • Various administrative tasks

This is an office based position with no travel or field duties. Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm. (or equivalent)

Requirements:

  • Hard worker with ability to learn quickly
  • Must be team oriented, bright and honest
  • Must be customer focused with the ability to clearly communicate
  • Computer skills required
  • Real estate experience not required. You will be fully trained on all aspects of condo associations.

Compensation:

  • Starting salary $35,000.
  • $2,000 signing bonus. (Paid after 90 days of successful employment)
  • Full medical, dental and vision.
  • 401K program
  • 2 weeks paid vacation with 10 additional paid holidays. Employees earn 1 additional day of vacation for every 6 months of employment, no limit.
  • "1/2 day Fridays" - Employees only work 4 hours on Fridays. (You only work 1/2 of the day). This provides an additional 24 days of PTO per year.
  • Company paid training to obtain CMCA certification
  • Immediate salary increase and gym membership reimbursement upon successful passing of the CMCA exam.
  • Each employee has a 30-minute massage time each week in our professional full-body massage chair.
