Work Hours for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer
  • Full time (35-40 hours a week)
  • Monday - Thursday 9:00AM - 5:00PM
  • At times, stay later on Tuesdays for auction sale day prep
  • At times, come in early on Wednesday mornings for auction day prep

Responsibilities for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer
  • Review vehicle inspection data and photos to write detailed condition reports.
  • Identify damage, wear, or discrepancies using provided guidelines and industry standards.
  • Ensure reports meet internal quality control standards and client requirements.
  • Work with field staff and inspection teams to clarify findings when needed.
  • Submit timely, polished reports that support vehicle sales, leasing, or valuation processes.
  • Complete 20 to 30 condition reports daily
  • Work as PSI or Arbitration inspector on sale day.
  • Performs other duties as necessary.

Requirements
Requirements for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer
  • Ability to work outside during all weather conditions.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stand, walk and lift up-to 20 lbs. without difficulty.
  • Regular and consistent availability and attendance.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, for duration of employment.
  • Need to pass pre-employment screening.
