At Diamond Concrete Sawing, we put our people first. We're a Midwest leader in concrete cutting, known for doing tough work the right way - with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and quality.


The Job
Full-time, year-round, consistent work on commercial and industrial job sites. No experience? No problem. We'll train you to operate concrete cutting and core drilling equipment and help you build a real skilled trade.


What You'll Do

  • Operate concrete saws and core drilling equipment (we'll teach you)
  • Perform wall sawing, slab sawing, and drilling
  • Maintain and care for your equipment
  • Travel to job sites and work as part of a crew
  • Keep safety and quality first on every job


The Real Deal
This is hands-on, physical work:

  • Early mornings and long days when the job calls for it
  • Heavy lifting (50-100 lbs)
  • Outdoors in all weather - dust, slurry, noise, active construction sites
  • Overtime and steady year-round work
