Position Summary
We are seeking a Concrete Project Coordinator to manage and oversee concrete projects from planning through completion. This role involves scheduling, vendor coordination, processing orders, reviewing contracts, and ensuring accuracy in project requirements.
The Project Coordinator serves as a critical link between customers, vendors, and internal teams - ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule all concrete projects, from planning through completion.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including order placement and tracking deliveries.
  • Write and process sales orders and purchase orders.
  • Review ERP system daily; identify and resolve outstanding invoices.
  • Take customer calls, review contracts and floorplans, and calculate required concrete for project completion.
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and documentation.
  • Maintain thorough records and communication across all project phases.

Qualifications
  • Concrete or construction industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in ERP systems or willingness to learn quickly
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and problem-solve effectively

Schedule & Compensation
  • Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • On-call expectations to be discussed during the interview
  • Salary: $55,000 - $65,000, based on experience
